I have a HP Power Adapter (No. 0957-2084) which I don't need any more, used it for a HP 5940 Printer, also connection cable for laptop.

Here is some information for which HP printers the power adapter no. 0957-2084 can be used:

Of course, the adapter is with the cable going into the printer.

I have an old printer that I am going to throw out. You are welcome to the lead that goes from the laptop to the printer - I think they are pretty universal.

Try laconic Computers in town. Thety are very helpful and if you cannot get to them, they might even find a way of getting it to you. Not sure of course, but at the very least it could be worth while trying them to find out how it can be obtained. I have lots of old leads, but have not got a clue what is what. I am not technical enough.

But give Laconic a ring 0392 815 1852. good luck.
