Dry heat and 100% efficient but actually very expensive to run. 800w on two bars is about is about 25% of the heat output of a normal electric kettle, that is not a lot. However sitting in front of them basking in the radiated heat is very pleasant but do not think of them as an effective heating source for a villa.

Re message 3:

Yes there are sill some available. They can be dropped off / picked up anywhere between Karsiyaka & Catalkoy. Please phone Den 0533 883 5371.

Re message 4:

I live in a villa up in the mountains, they heat up rooms really nicely, but of course not the whole villa at once unfortunately! I think that's why he is doing the deal for 2 units - £35 or 100TL. I suppose it depends on how many rooms are being used at one time.

Agree with msg 4 - they are great for taking the 'edge' off the cold in a closed room (eg before retiring to bed) or sitting within a few metres of one whilst sitting on the sofa... but cannot be used sensibly to warm up an open plan villa. We have two (brought them back from UK) and they are fine for 'spot warmth'.....
