Celebrate an intimate candle-lit Valentine's day at Lapta's The Waterfront Restaurant this coming February 14th.

Our chef's have prepared a special menu to which Dawn will be singing romantic classics as accompaniment besides a roaring fire.



APARETIF

A Champagne cocktail

STARTERS

Pink & Red Salad: Tomato, mozzarella, fresh ham and cream-cheese with roasted pine nuts and Chef's special olive-oil dressing;

or

Valentine's cream of beetroot and apple soup.

MAINS

Pesto and herb encrusted chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and served with a red pesto and tomato sauce;

or

Fillet of salmon with marinated pan-fried prawns served with a light horseradish sauce,

All served with asparagus, mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.

DESSERTS

Chocolate Bavarois;

or

Exotic fruit trifle, with whipped cream, custard and brandied sponge.

RBL will be holding a Valentine themed raffle. Places can be booked on Saturday 11th by visiting the RBL stall at Lambousa Market.
