With the electric power being more off than on how is this affecting TRNC services ?

Have any of the residents noticed any serious affect on services ?

is bread in short supply ? fridge freezers in shop ? small restaurants, ? petrol supply the list could be endless

I am curious to ask how is this power strike affecting you as an individual putting aside your own domestic supply ?

I know how difficult this past week has been for everyone, especially the elderly, the sick and anyone with babies and toddlers to keep warm and care for but,and truly not wishing to sound smug,we have a Cypriot log burner that warms our house, boils kettles and cooks meals,a gas water heater for constant hot water, and for light the calor gas lanterns beat candles and rechargeable lights any day, these things may not be "progress" but they sure have proved their worth over the past week.
