Does anyone know of a qualified building surveyor out there (possibly a retired British RICS building surveyor or local authority building inspector)? if so, can anyone please put us in touch?



We are willing to pay a fee for the situation to be expertly assessed.



We have problems with a leaking roof. We have had numerous local builders here and each one comes up with a different cause.

We have had various works done and nothing seems to cure the problem. Basically we have water dripping through our upstairs ceilings in different locations. We have already spent a good deal of money on trying to resolve the problem and are reluctant to throw even more more money at the situation until we are convinced that someone who knows what they are talking about can provide us with solid, no nonsense, practical advice.



Is there anyone out there who can help?

Stuart Hillard is the only RICS qualified surveyor I know of practicing in TRNC.
