Hello everyone,

I am new to your forum and I am based in the centre of Girne.



I have been watching your forum for some time and see that many people, including local and foreigners, often have difficulties and do not know where to turn to for help. I can help you. I am a local Turkish Cypriot man but spent many years in the UK also.



If you need assistence with residency applications, work permits, tax issues, import problems, translation services, accommodation problems, police issues (fines or negotiation needs), house/land sales, permission to purchase etc. etc. please call me.



No job is too big. I do charge small fees for my time but will talk to you about your individual case and tell you what it will cost. If I can't help I will not waste your time. Please call me on 0533 837 2152.

Phil if you have a PTP problem let me sort it for you if possible, solicitors and developers have neat ways of making things more complicated that they usually are but it can take some uncovering. ring me and I'll try your case, I have helped others in the past to get their PTPs so that they can get their Kocans.



Lucienne as I spend a lot of my time out meeting with people in various roles to resolve my customers problems the quickest and easiest way for anyone to contact me is by telephone. I prefer to talk to someone so that I can ask the questions I need to ask and get the answers there and then, I can suss you out, you can suss me out and we don't waste each others time if I can't do anything for you.
