Can anyone help? When I switch Digiturk on, I get the display at the top of the screen that you usually get when you switch channels, telling you the channel number and what's on, but nothing else - no picture or sound. I've tried taking the card out, and the subscription is fully paid up. Has anyone else had this problem? If I go back to Digiturk, do I need just the card or the whole box? Many thanks.

Have you tried re-tuning.... The box should automatically be able to re-tune to all the channels it can see. First check the cable from the dish is properly seated into the back of the box. Press the Opts (Green) button and using the arrow keys on the remote move the cursor to the symbol of the satellite dish, select Automatic Search.. See if this finds any channels... Otherwise I can only suggest a trip with box and card to the DigiTurk office on Monday...

Thanks for all your advice - switched it off at the mains for a few minutes, and this seems to have solved the problem!

Usually all digital TV receivers play up now and again but they are OK once rebooted... Always power off from mains, then switch back on after few minutes before raising the alarm.
