We have friends moving over here this week and they are looking for a long term rental. They would prefer Catalkoy area, but would consider other areas. They are looking for a 3 bed villa/bungalow with a private swimming pool and a private garden not on an complex. Can anybody help ?

Sea and mountain views, central heating, air con, fire place, utility etc. Downstairs bedrooms and upstairs living, large mature garden with fruit trees and a private pool with jacuzzi off it. Long term let wanted £600pcm.

I would really recommend rentals through Sunbeams, heard very good stories from everybody that has rented through them. I know that they currently have a 3 bed villa in Dogankoy that would suit your friends.
