heating cyprus do you have to hold a gas license to service and repair gas, oil, boilers in the trnc like in the uk where one is required to hold a gas safe license formerly known as Corgi

Hi clipper you obviously do not know much about Cyprus where anyone can be anything they want to be!!

This is not a reflection on Heating Cyprus who we know to be a very experienced, reliable company who we have used on a number of occasions and can thoroughly recommend.

We have known Ali for three years, he has installed 3 bathrooms, serviced our boiler amongst other smaller jobs and has attended needs for most our neighbours.

Thank you for your question.



I can confirm that in order for you to work legally as a plumber here, you do need to be a member of both the 'Kıbrıs Türk Sıhhi Tesisatçılar Birliği' (Plumbers association) and the 'Kıbrıs Türk Esnaf ve Zanaatkarlar Odası' (Trade and Craftsman association) which we are. With this we are supplied with a members sticker which is to be displayed on our vehicle; and a members card so that we can produce this to prove our membership at any time.
