Turkcell Problem ?................

I have no internet at my house suddenly. I have a 3G modem. I live in Catalkoy Bufavento Village. It works every where else. Any one else have this problem? What can I do?

yes it has happened to lots, Ive lost all my channels Nilesat. No idea if its the wind moved the dish or due to the electric cuts affected the company satalite. What do you need to do?????????? yes that is the question I ask myself. Been told 2 different things... 1) get a satelite man in to put the dish in the correct direction 2) Take your digi box and remote to them. I cant see if the dish has moved how that will resolve it. Confusing problem isnt it.

I am talking about internet not satellte. I can use my laptop in other places.

Hurray its back on I had a call last night from Turkcell saying it would be 2 weeks as they were waiting for a part for the base station. This morning they called and said it was working for me. Well done Turkcell. Dont know how but who cares !
