Janie Murphy is back from the UK and will be resuming her yoga group at St Andrews church hall in Girne every Monday. First session is on Monday 6th Feb at 10-30am. Everyone welcome, just turn up on the day. Please remember to bring a mat with you.

Pam, is this the 'laughing yoga' class that run before earlier in the year please? I may have this wrong but remember seeing something simuliar on the notice board at St Andrews.

No, I think this is just normal yoga, Janie is looking into doing the laughing yoga at some point but you would need to ask her.
