| (Grits are corn meal) and both are readily available at most supermarkets. |

| It comes in a yellow box brand name Lifalif and is call Yulaf in Turkish, it is normally with the breakfast cereals. |

| I just buy porridge oats and mix with Jordans Super Berries. Otherwise, I have only been able to get Mornflakes in the south. The same with Oat Cakes. |
