Could you let me know what the size is and the what the metal is please. I can't make a decision until I have this info. Thanks. (I don't understand that sizing information - I've always bought either an O or a P size!!)

A conversion chart on the internet says that a circumference of 54.7 mm is equal to an O½ and 55.3 mm is equal to a P, so 55 mm should be just right. I believe the metal is rhodium plated silver.
