Hello everyone, im playing an online MMORPG game.and i want to use mobile payment to buy coins in it , it doesnt let me.I use the turkey mobile option so it might let.. it still doesnt let me pay,i tried to use the cyprus option but it doesnt let me neither..

Anyone know what i can do to solve this?
