Dear Rik, So sorry I missed your earlier message. The title deeds are ready on the site but I only purchased this property 1 year ago (previously lived in Lapta) so my permissions to purchase are not through yet but I have paid the VAT so only the purchases tax will be oustanding. There is a lovely communal pool, two large terraces and large private garden. Just four apts in each block and just 5 blocks to the site.
