i booked via a u.k. travel firm flights for 3 persons from Manchester. Due to a problem with Pegasus's systems they have taken from my Visa the price of flights for 6 persons. Pegasus say there was a problem my card so they have not taken the payment. Despite several emails to them from my travel firm we are not getting a response. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Yes, I have had massive problems & have lost my flights because their credit card payment system is down. I have now rebooked with a travel agent who have taken my money but still not been able to pay pegasus for that same reason. Pegasus are honouring the flight reservations and are holding the price until payment can be taken.

I keep checking my credit card account but so far, pegasus have not taken anythig...fortunately!

I have my seats being held with Transit Travel

Hopeless company to deal with! Not cheap, plus their site and admin are next to useless, would never use them again.

Question? is there any other airline that flys to the north with out having to get off the aircraft.

I have used Monarch ever since Cyprus Turkish Airlines went down the pan, but not keen in going to the south.

Not at the moment. I travel to UK and get off at Istanbul. It's a great airport for looking around so it's no hardship really.

Re message 5, we've used them lots of times going to Turkey & the UK and have always found them good for a no-frills airline when compared to some others. You can get good prices but at peak holiday times they are as expensive as a sheduled flight. We've just booked a flight to Antalya in May and it only cost £72 for 2 passengers, I think that is cheap.
