you have three things you need for your pool, chlorine, ph down and another one which i cannot remember the name of. thats the one you need to put in and quite a bit of it.

happened to us this summer but i can't for the life of me remember the name of it?

someone must know!!!!

There is more to water balance than pH and chlorine levels.

What is the Total Alkalinity of your pool water?

What is the Cyanuric Acid level?



A pH of 7 is lowish.

Total chlorine of 2ppm is OK - if it is all free and none of it combined.

Once you have the full picture you can decide the correct remedy.



I am sure your pool supply company will analyse a sample and advise you. This is a service we provide FOC to our customers.
