What a well informed letter containing a good idea on how to get some movement into the negotiations.

Of course this will be ignored. What a pity :-(

Good letter but maybe better sending it to the three guarantor powers and of course to the unofficial major guarantor power of the CIA.



Put's it all in perspective but will the UN even bother to read it?
