The Hoshizaki IM65LE is a medium- to high-volume ice cube maker that is capable of producing 63kg of ice in a 24 hour period, and is equipped with a 26kg capacity storage bin to ensure that you always have crystal clear ice on demand.

This machine is designed with two aims in mind. Chief among these is hygiene, and because of this, it has a completely closed cell which reduces the risk of bacterial contaminants.

The second crucial factor is something that makes this, and the entire Hoshizaki range, famous: it can produce ice cubes that last for a lot longer than standard ice cubes. This is done by freezing the water at a higher density to produce harder, crystal-like ice that will outlast other ice produced by conventional methods.
