Ladies, come and shake and shimmy at bellycise every thursday morning, move to the beats

Of Arabic music, have fun, tone up, & shimmy those calories away!!!

Bellycise is in the style of an aerobic work out, using all styles & techniques of middle eastern dance

This is a fast paced work out, no need to have bellydanced before, our ladies have picked up the moves very quickly!!

Please note: this is not a bellydance class, I do these classes seperatly see below!!



•Drop in classes no need to book!!!

Thursday mornings, Bellycise!! 10.30 am- 11.30 pm
