April time I will need an unfurnished or partly furnished house in Alsancak for long term rental. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No pool but must have garden. Budget is £350/£400. Older properties preferred.

We have an unfurnished house in Lapta,which has just become

vacant,close to the sea ,good size garden,very clean

280 pounds per month
