Wool shop in Girne or nearby?

anyone know if there's a wool shop in Girne area for my wife to peruse?

There are two that I know of, one is near the 1001 shop in the centre of town, as you come down the hill from the big car park turn left at the crossroads, where there is a jewelers shop on three corners and a bank on the other, then take the first left, its up a little alley way, she has some nice wool there. There is another one on the road that runs parallel to the main through road to Lapta etc, coming from the traffic lights turn left at the roundabout near the Wednesday market and veer to your right, just past the Bektas supermarket there is a clothes shop which has wool upstairs, quite a good selection also. If you live on the East side there is a shop that sells some wool, but not a huge variety,, beside the Universal Bank near Tempo. Hope this helps

Another one go down the main street to the crossroad but go straight ahead instead of turning right to the harbour just on the left there is a shop there selling wool etc.,

In January I brought some yarn made in Turkey back to UK here it sells for £4.99 ball in the shop in Girne it was £2.79

Yep, I discovered the same thing - I brought a bunch back from Australia at Christmas. Same style made in Turkey - half the price!
