Codicil: noun an addition or supplement that explains, modifies, or revokes a will or part of one.



If this definition is correct, the simple answer is "Yes". Why not simply make a new will and revoke all previous ones.

Ismet, saves a lot of trouble just sticking a bit on the end, particularly if you really want to annoy someone after you kick the bucket!!

Thank goodness, its much easier to have Codicils than keep renewing a Will.



Tango1 very funny.



However if you do not have children to leave your goodies to then the beneficiaries keep changing (depends if they remember your name in the morning....haha).



ONE MORE QUESTION Elko2



Can Will and Codicils be printed on ordinary A4 paper or do I have to purchase that thicker Will paper used in the UK?

You can print it on any paper providing its readable and also in ink.
