| Codicil: noun an addition or supplement that explains, modifies, or revokes a will or part of one. If this definition is correct, the simple answer is "Yes". Why not simply make a new will and revoke all previous ones. ismet |

| Elko 2 Thank goodness, its much easier to have Codicils than keep renewing a Will. Tango1 very funny. However if you do not have children to leave your goodies to then the beneficiaries keep changing (depends if they remember your name in the morning....haha). ONE MORE QUESTION Elko2 Can Will and Codicils be printed on ordinary A4 paper or do I have to purchase that thicker Will paper used in the UK? |
