Has a large Swimmingpool,a lovely Garden with Stunning Views.

The Villa is by walk 10 minutes away from Escape Beach and easy to go to Girne.

The villa is fully furnished.



For long Term rental the price is 800 pound per month inc. Pool Maintanence

For short term rental is 750 pound per week exc. pool service

The villa is suitable for 8 people.

Is worth to see it before to make a decision.
