TukCell mobile phone locked out

Hi Everyone good afternoon.



We have a mobile with a Turkcell sym card which we use when we are in NC.



In the process of changing my actual phone I have locked myself out of the symcard containing all our local numbers.



If I take it into the local offices of Turkcell, giving them the local phone number and pin number will they be able to get me unlocked?



Could anyone advise the location of Turkcell Offices in Kyrenia

Yes they can and you can find them near the main Girne/Lefkosa roundabout on the left hand side in the first parade of shops if you are heading towards Lapta.

Dear Doug you can take your phone to any Turkcell shop in Kyrenia, and they will be able to sort out your problem in no time.

all u dois dial 600..enter the extension offered for english..be patient as it could take five minutes to get thru..its free.. tell them you have locked your mobile.they will ask u a few security questions and then give you a puk code that you type in to your phone to unlock it.. good luck..if you cant access the numbers at all just call from another turkcell mobile.
