They are a piece of cake to make...



Bit of Muslin, 4 inch round

Bit of Thread 6 inches long



Spices:-



One tablespoon Mixed spice, a one inch stick of cinnamon, 4 cloves and a couple of black peppercorns should do it...



Tie up the spices in the muslin and dangle from the handle of the saucepan in which you are going to heat the wine, with sliced orange and lemon and a dash of brandy....



Heat for 15 minutes but do not boil...
