Are there any Estate Agents that can SELL a property in North Cyprus?

Does anyone know of an Estate Agent worthy of the name who can actually sell a property here?



i.e. take your property on, market it properly AND give you feedback on (any) viewing/s that actually take place?



I am beginning to despair.

Do you not get any feedback at all? I thought most would do this. Try Korina or Ian Smiths as they both do give feed back. Now the question can they sell the property I believe yes but only if there is a buyer! This is the weak point in the proceedings as not many of them about.

Try Landmark. It does not seem to be the norm to give feedback here. I always had to call them after a viewing to see what the outcome had been.

i dont think a lot sells the same villas are up for sale a year ago people need to drop there prices lower to attract buyers in order to sell be cause of all the risks

I can sell your property in 1 month, or in 1 day, there is not an agent problem most of the time, but asking price.

Real prices now about 40% below so called market level.

Last sales/special offers can give you an example:

magusa, 2br 23000

esentepe 2br holiday, seaside, 30000 (sold)

esentepe 3br villa 65000, seaside(sold)

Girne 1br 25000

Message 10 and 12. Are you serious about Boray? I find that really difficult to believe honestly and that comes from experience with them not hearsay! If I was going to make a recommendation it would be Donaghey and Beyler and Ian Smith (we bought through Ian Smith and they are first rate as an agency we couldn't fault them).

Message 10 and 12 thank you for your postings. It is really nice to hear positive feedback for our efforts unfortunately we can't please everyone.

The majority of our current clients are local and the demand is for property close to Kyrenia with prices up to 150K for exchange deeds and 180k Turkish title. We are able to sell property that is priced realistically and in their preferred locations for these properties we can market and sell successfully with all parties happy.
