| Hi all We are being told our unit is now complete on this site. I think after 5 years we should get some moneys off the agreed price. Can anyone get in touch to let me know what their situation is and what steps taking? Also the price seems to have gone up. |

| Also check for memorandums, Santa Fe not in the best financial situation. It would be good to demand deeds and money are exchanged simultaneously. I wish you luck and hope that after the long wait you have many years of happiness in your new home. |
