Hi has anybody done their residency lately if so have you still got to go to the Police Station early in the morning to get a ticket or just turn up about 10 o/c

Went early December, there for 7:30ish and was first there, only one other by the time we came out, so I reckon you should be fine for 10 o'clock.

Once your residency is ready to be finalised in Lefkosia ..

Anyone know the procedure there .. Best time to go etc.

From experience we find the best time is in the afternoon when they re-open after lunch.

We went in Dec and were first there ... got there about 0745 ... put your name on the list and when the office opens around 8.30 two men come out and call names..... you will be in the "European" list so listen out and you might be No 1... we were 2 and 3. All done and dusted by just after 9am.

Went last Wednesday 7.30 on the dot ..



Added our names onto a list .. Our nos were 5 & 6 ..



8.00 a policeman appears with numbered tickets .. No1 to first name on the list ..



Names 2 3 & 4 on the list had gone walkabout .. Hence we got nos 2 & 3 ..



Done & dusted about 8.20 ..
