i got halfway through doing my residency last year went to see a bloke in a cafe in girne filled in a form then went to a fag stand over the road and some other bloke signed it .now im living in iskele does anybody know where the reciprocating people are here to get the ball rolling ie to take my passport and stamped rental contract to. i think its the town mayor or something who has the form then his mate signs it.i know i need to go the plice station after this then the blood test then send it all lefkosa and wait for a month but i dont know where to find the bloke in the cafe over this way it could be iskele it could be magusa im not sure.

The only Muktar i know is the owner of the petrol station before the lemar , as you come on the road towards the Bogaz

Go to the local police or Belideysi and ask them who, where, when etc.
