Hi message 8 the reason it's £250 is because we are charged 60 sterling per month for ground rent ie, maintenance for the swimming pool & the gardener which is included in the monthly rental price so realistically the landlady is only getting 190 sterling a month, the apartment is brand new fully furnished with air conditioning you are very welcome to view our number is 05338867187
