I am looking for the best site to locate a new sports festival in N Cyprus.

It needs to have a large bay with good access and good beach area, extensive parking, a large land based area leading onto the beach, near main town and airport, plenty accomodation.

Sports will involve all the adventure/extreme sports such as windsurfing, kitesurf, surf, skate, bmx etc



If you could suggest any locations it would be much appreciated,
