Is it just me or do all builders/workers want to charge for additional work after a job has been completed?????



I agreed to a contract with staged payments, and at the end and the final payment was due, I was told of an additional expense that was not in the original contract. I produced my copy and noted that it was indeed in the original contract, and refused to pay the additional charges, and was made to feel like I have violated some unknown business ritual.



Is this normal business dealings in Northern Cyprus???
