If you have any old unwanted gold sitting around collecting dust, why not cash in on it while prices are good?

Whether it's complete or broken, twisted or tangled chains, rings missing stones or out of shape, bent earrings or even worn out old coins, it doesn't matter. No matter what the condition or whatever the Karat, I'll take it. If it's gold, it's worth it's weight!

You can bring your gold to me tomorrow (Saturday) at Chateau Lambousa market 8.30 - 12.30.

Alternatively you will find me on Sunday at the Pine Bay Sunday market 8.30-12:00 in Karaoglanoglu.

Or, if either of these venues will be difficult for you, give me a call and we can meet up somewhere convenient - 0542 878 5442 or drop me an e-mail - cyprusjules@yahoo.com.

I will give you Cash, not cheque.

Sorry about that Sandra, could you try again please. I've been logging in and out of Yahoo tonight and sometimes it's not connecting, other times it's ok, and sometimes I get a load of rubbish popping up on screen!

I'm logged in to it now so it seems to be ok now.

Hello people, sorry I`m only just getting back to you.

1st, please note my e-mail address is cyprusjules@yahoo.co.uk (not .com - my mistake, sorry!)

Regarding prices, my prices do change daily in line with the spot price, and the prices I pay are also influenced by other factors, including weight, design, condition and hallmarks to name a few, and negotiating clout of the customer of course!

I'm not willing to try to give a baseline on here because I know the sarcastic ones out there will just try to slate me, forgetting that I'm trying to run a legitimate business, pay taxes and absorb all the overheads that legitimate businesses have to pay out here.

Sorry if this doesn't sound helpful but I am more than willing to meet with anyone who genuinely has something they would like to sell.

Hi Birdman, a lot of Meditteranean gold is 14K, yes, but it isn't the 'rule of thumb' and you can find all sorts of karats across the Med inc. 8, 10, 12, 18.

Aside from that you also come across some other strange Karats, eg, Saudi have a lot of 21K.

But you don't need to worry. If there's no clear hallmark, or no hallmark at all, or if I'm in any doubt, I will test the item to confirm what it is.

Sorry Kamaks, this is not my field. If you have a piece of gold with a stone precious to you, I can remove it for you, or you can have it removed and then I'll buy the gold from you.

Tomorrow (Saturday) I'll be back at Chateau Lambousa market, Lapta, with lots of lovely jewellery for you to treat yourself, or your loved ones, to ranging from 9 to 24 Karat.

And if you fancy making some money for yourself, why not dig out all those old bits of chains, rings, earrings and anything else gold that you can find tucked away, and bring them all down to me on the market. I'll make you an offer in exchange for cash there and then.

Hi Geoff, knowing Pippie it will definitely be a fair price, she is a very honest person who works very hard, why not pop down to the Car Boot Sale, next to Pine Bay, Alsancak tomorrow (Sunday morning) and ask her yourself what the price is, you have nothing to lose, as she says gold changes price every day, and it is going up at moment so you have everything to gain, and you never know you may find lots of bargains at the Car Boot Sale, so a good day will be had by you!
