| Was it because of the cheap prices of property you took advantage of. Or is it because you were confident what ever the turn out be that the island would be a peacefull place for the rest of your life time. |

| Jay, Most investors will have sought to capitalise on both. Clearly the intevention of the Turkish Military in 1974 has led to Peace and increasing prosperity for the Island. Buying in the TRNC does present risk that is well documented. The Capitalist culture that prevails in most countries involves risk, assesment of that risk and actions that are reflective of the same. This culture is present on the Island generally. |
