Does anybody know where I can buy 65% plain chocolate for cooking here, have seen some but it has raspberries in it.

Hi,bought some afew weeks ago in Supreme,but could not find on the shelves yesterday.Instead i bought'ANIDOR'noir chocolate70%,either in Erdiner`s or Supreme-.

E Wedel Chocolate bitter chocolate is 64% (close enough). Currently there is a special deal 2 x 100gr for 3.75TL in a lot of shops - we bought it in Supreme, Catalkoy but I have seen them in lots of places. Incidentally, we use Ulker Bitter Chocolate (54%) in a lot of recipes and it is fine. Both brands are good for eating too

I always get chocolate for cooking from Ikea. 60% cocoa butter and good quality. 70 cents per 100 gram bar.
