| Gwyn, you may wish you never asked! My hubby rang you last week to ask if you could help but no one has been back to us. The speed of our internet connection has been bordering on ridiculous for the past few weeks. When we actually can access the internet and have run speed tests, the results have been coming back with a range from 250kb to 750kb. Late afternoons and evenings are obviously the worst perhaps because more people are logging on then but if I'm paying for 1mb, I want something close to that so I can get on and work. Pages are slow to load, sometimes timing out because they're too slow, e-mail is impossible because of freezing screens. This is driving me insane at the moment and I'm damned if I'll pay for another year and alledgedly an upgrade to 2mb if Extend can't even give me the 1mb I should be getting now. I'll e-mail you and take this off board so that you can discuss this issue with me direct. Out of interest though, what is the number for the Help Desk |

| That's why, after 6 years with Extend, I was forced to move to Multimax despite Gwyn's excellent service. A test of my current broadband connection shows 7Mb/2Mb and I only paid for 4Mb/2Mb - http://www.speedtest.net/result/1819122597.png |

| Jeez, You should try Nethouse..13 minutes to send 1 email. I called the call centre at 10.40 today, was promised a call back within an hour, not heard back from them. An absolute disgrace, their own customers who they have tied in to 18 month contracts and they don't give a damn. Multimax here we come. |
