| Which banks in north cyprus are not turkish, have internet and phone banking and issue a debit card. |

| Creditwest and HSBC are the first 2 that come to mind. You've also got Mondial Bank which is an offshore bank, although for the debit card that they issue is through a Turkish partner bank (which I found out when Paypal suddenly stopped accepting them!). Faisal Islamic is also not Turkish (it's Saudi) and the debit card facility is due out any time soon I'm told. If by 'not Turkish' you're happy with Cypriot then you've also got Iktisat, Akfinans (and Is Bank I think) which are local. |
