I think I read that those between the leaders were cancelled but no reason was given.

There will of course have to be discussions about resuming the talks, and these must take place in a neutral country where both sides can relax with their families before the real work can be undertaken.

I hear the weather in New York in pretty good this time of the year......oh the stress of being a politician.
