Try the local Labne instead of cream cheese and smetana which is the Russian version of sour cream.

take a look at N.Cyprus first home shopping internet page. http://www.zeytintree.com. You will find under dairy products cream and cottage cheeses and much more. They deliver to your door, you pay at your door and if you do not like the merchandise you can return it. there is a delivery charge, but..... take a look. C ould be your answer.

Marion,

The reason that your first link didn't work is that you had put an extra dot (.) at the end....

http://www.zeytintree.com works fine

thanks Keith. Typo error, methinks, and overkeen flingers! But thanks for the explanation, and to message 15, I am glad you have found something of use. Hope you willbe a satisfied customer for Zeytintree. I think it is a great idea, and please forgive my typo which misled you.

all is now well, I hope. Reminder to me "Be careful where you put your fingers! (on the keyboard!)."
