A friend of mine has 1 bed room apartment in Patara site, fully furnished.

What can he expect now in case of sale with furniture?

ive seen them for sale for 38 k for the small 1 beds and up to 43 k for the large ones less agents fees of 5-6 % less whatever discount the buyer negotiates which is anyones guess.i dont think the furniture has much of a premium as they all come with white goods so your talking a few second hand beds a table and sofa .i reckon they will net 34k to 38 k after costs etc
