| We paid 40TL today in Karaolanoglu - in Turkey the same size gas bottle costs 65TL! |

| A bit of a jump I agree - but I only use mine for cooking and I only get through about 2 a year so not too bad for me. I'm guessing it's the heaters that swallow up the gas for others? |

| You think that 40TL is expensive, on the Greek side the bottle of gas is now 18Euro (43.20) 2 weeks ago it was only 14Euro, and is going up again from the 1st April to 20Euro.(44TL) V.A.T has gone up 15% to 20% as effect from March 1st.
More and more Gc are now crossing over to the North for Fresh Fruit and veg.
I was stupid enough last week to pay 10euro for 4 Artichokes. |
