Im looking to rent a fully furnished 2 or 3 bedroom house/villa in Alsancak, Lapta or Karsiyaka.

Doesnt matter if pool or not.

Required from 6th May for 6 months initially.

We have a three bedroomed villa in Karsiyaka available for long term rental from 1st June. One double bedroom is ensuite, further two twin bedded rooms, AC in all bedrooms, main bathroom with washing machine, open plan lounge dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Small neat garden with fruit trees, swimming pool, quiet location.

We have had our villa since 2005, we will be there from 1st April, you are most welcome to visit us and have a look around.
