| Have lost quite a few of our usual channels - ie. CNN, Aljazeera, Eurosport plus a few others. Is it only us or have the packages changed and they have not bothered to notify us. Boerboel |

| Ours has been off completely since yesterday, think there might be a problem with the LNB. When we lost channels, we needed a new box. We'll be ringing in the morning as well !!!! |

| Rang last week.Were told for an extra 14tl we could have the channels back!!! |

| We also lost channels from the basic package we pay for, when I went to the shop I was told that the packages had changed and we would have to upgrade to restore the missing channels. So they have changed the system without informing anyone. Typical!!! Needless to say, we will not be upgrading, only keep the flaming system so that hubby can get Eurosport - the rest of it is a load of tripe anyway!!! Pam |

| Hi all - thanks for replies. Msg. 6 - like you, don't want to upgrade as also agree with your feelings, however, we now no longer have Eurosport!!!!!! but do have a couple of previously not seen channels as replacement that are rubbish. Have re-done a search which shows we have 96 TV and 37 Radio channels - 133 in Total Will have to see what they say, but am not pleased to have the package altered in the middle of payment dates but will we get a refund!!! I think not |

| Agree Pammick.To date we still have Eurosport which we had to pay extra for. If that goes they can keep the whole package. |

| Hi boerboel, Did you try doing easy installation? Sometimes we lose some channels but when we do the easy installation they come back. |

| Hi Micho The easy installation hasn't worked, however I contacted shop yesterday and they said they would investigate and if necessary send out someone from tech. After two hours all the missing stations came back so I rang the shop to cancel the tech guy, but lo and behold a couple of hours later they all went off again so once again rang the shop to re-organise the tech guy. This morning the stations were still missing but about 11.30 they all came back again, the quandry now is do I cancel the tech guy again who is supposed to come this afternoon or let him come in case it is our dish or box. So far on all my calls to the shop, no-one has said anything about the packages changing!!! |

| We had them out yesterday and we needed a new LNB and new wiring. It cost us 115tl but seems a bit steep when our neighbour was quoted 85tl for a complete installation. We were happy to get it done so quickly and even though its not the best its better than nothing. |

| Tech guy just been, problem was a faulty connector and needed a new short piece of wire. Now 50TL worse off :-( but at least we have all our channels back |
