We have a beautiful 2 donum 1 evlek plot for sale on the eastern edge of the Catalkoy municipality.

It is on the edge of the ravine opposite the Vogue Beach and Valley View restaurant, with magnificent sea and mountain views. It has been British owned since 1974 and has full planning permission for a 4 bed villa, triple garage and pool. Water and electricity are close by and it has approved access. Two other villas close by have recently been sold to British buyers.

The sale price is now £120,000, only £53,000 per donum, for clear title. We have the Kocan of course.
