| Budget £350 to £400 max. Needed in July but willing to take on now.
1. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation required.
2. Must be a house, not appartment, with garden. Non estate, older property preferred. No pool.
3. Alsancak area preferred but will consider Karaoglanoglu or Lapta.
4. A very reliable tenant who is houseproud and will look after your property as if it was her own.
5. If you think you can offer suitable accommadation please contact me.
