Over the past week I have been constantly losing my internet connection for no apparent reason. Each time I have to power down the router and power supply for minimum 10 seconds. Sometimes even this doesn't work. It is very inconsistent at the moment, but before about a week ago it was perfect and I rarely had these problems. I thought that they might be carrying out some work and will be going down the office tomorrow, but just wondered if anyone else has been experiencing connection problems over the past week. I am in the Ozankoy area. Thanks

mrsgee! YES!!!!!! Nethouse has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! we phoned this afternoon and was told 12th in the que, so put the phone down. Have just got internet back and working okay for the last half hour or so but we have had constant dropping in and out service for ages and ages.....regards, Mrs Snakes.

We've had a few 'outages' but Nethouse never tell you anything and they're the only ones not to offer anything after the power cuts back in January. Multimax for us soon !!

I live in Girne and have no problems since the strike in Jan. Have been with Nethouse for years, never considered changing.

Mrs Gee, have you tried taking your router out of the equation and using a wired connection from your modem? That will then tell you where the problem really lies.

Hi Yenibob, yep have done that too, connected my laptop straight to the internet cable, so taken out the router, but problem still the same. I am sure that the problem is will the provider rather than with the router, connection ok on the roof too. Have to say that I have been very pleased with Nethouse up til now, but will be considering a change on renewal in May. Will see what they say down in the office tomorrow.



Thanks Mrs Snakes, sounds like we both have the same problem. At least I am not alone!
