hi everyone, My question is about North Cyprus provisional driver licence. I registered at the driving school and I have been issued a provisional driver licence. Is it possible to use this to be driving a private owned car without any problems with the police or is it illegal? If YES... what is required of me...

Go back and ask at the driving school then you know the information will be correct.

Yorg, if it is not possible - ie illegal to drive a private car on the provisional license - why do I still see so many private cars with L plates on them?
