From your post it sounds like you are in the UK at present, if so there are some good bargains on cameras around at the moment, i.e. Argos, Currys.

Most are easy to use if you just use basic settings and they should all be compatible with your laptop.

Can't help with the prawns.

Happy New Year to you too.

Lemar had huge fresh Med prawns the other day but you very rarely see them.

Yes but how much ??

It's cheaper to buy property in the TRNC than prawns, in my experience.

Hi Oldgirl

If I were you I'd pop into your local Jessops store - the staff there are trained to help find a camera that suits your needs and your budget - I know as I worked for them a couple of years ago.

They will ask you what kind of picture's you're going to be taking and other various questions to help narrow down the vast selection on offer these days.

Give me a shout if you need any specific/further help!

It's not that technical is it? point the camera at what you want to take a photo of, and press the big button on the top, link it up to your computer and hey, presto..........

More seriously though Pam, I have a Kodak easy share, nothing to it, nice little camera, and always a nice photo.
