Just wanted give credit where it is due and say thanks to Sarah and staff at

The Old Mill in Ozankoy for great food and great service. When we are over we are always made to feel welcome and the food is always a high standard with no rip-off prices.

Would have to give the Mill The DixieNormus boozer of the year award, Sarah has reinvented the place good atmosphere, genuine caring service, she puts up with my abuse all night and still smiles, bless her and her staff. Not an easy buisiness to to make a success of in the present climate, and its a credit to Sarah to see the place buzzing.

Re Msg 4 - I agree. My dad is similar to you (not in age obviously!) in that he constantly takes the mickey out of Sarah and she's lovely to him. She helped me out by arranging a bottle of bubbly for him as a surprise on xmas day and it is the one and only time she has seen him speechless! Thanks Sarah!

Thanks for all the positive comments, I would just like to say that everyone on xmas day all had the same portions and most couldnt finish it, although if it came to it, my family would get smaller portions!! its hard enough to build a good reputation without people making comments on an open forum such as this without actually having been there, just one hearsay. Everyone on xmas day had agreat time, I was told so and most of them stayed and enjoyed the music and dancing afterwards. Infact people were asking to book for next year!!!

No problem Libbs was a pleasure to help.

Hope to see you all in the new year, especially you Dixie xx

Happy New Year Sarah and Family

Paul and I would like to thank you for a lovely Christmas Day, the food, entertainment and company was first class. We are now back in the UK and the weather is awful freezing cold and snowing. On our return we look forward to having another meal at the Mill. Sarah I don't have your email wanted to send some pics.

Talk soon Carol and Paul

Christmas lunch was fabulous and there was plenty of it. Neil had to take the plate of sprouts away from me otherwise I would have exploded (it fact I did!)

Nigel/Sarah

I think that Nick's original comment was tongue in cheek and the 'friend' that he referred to was Mrs Monger !! No amount of food would satisfy that lady ;-)

Hi, This is a message for bootneck, nothing to do with crimble but glad you enjoyed it. Did the request for any ex royals find many ? I am back in TRNC late Febuary, so wondering if any thing came of the request.

I believe it found a few (me included). They had a smally get together at Queens Bar and believe that more may be planned in the New Year.
